Return Policy:

ByCozmo is the Brand name of Metaphysical World. We always provide satisfied quality to our customers but if in any case you are dissatisfied with our products, you may return them to us within 3 days of delivery. All refunds will be for the value of the product only. Shipping costs are not refunded & return shipping is paid by the buyer.

Many stones have naturally occurring inclusions and cracks that do not affect their individual quality. Utmost care is taken while manufacturing these products & even during packing.

Special or custom orders cannot be returned. Crystals and minerals are formed naturally, so the shape and size is always approximate. No two polished items can also be the same as they are handmade.

“BROKEN ITEMS”

Broken items can be returned, a replacement shipping will be issued amongst inspection of the product.

A refund will occur if item is OOS or if there’s reasonable issue.

What is the Genuity of your gemstones? 

Our gemstones are cut directly from the natural rough stones & are not processed, dyed nor chemicalized to enhance its color & texture. Our gemstones are used for Healing & we only use natural gemstones only.
